Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had spacious rooms with an abundance of storage spaces but was tatty and disturbed our early hours. The service was very helpful and friendly, even accommodating a room change for disability. The location was convenient, only a mile away from the city center. The dining experience was poor with inedible bacon but a good selection of Cheshire cheese. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel had a convenient location near Chester Zoo and the town center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were a bit tired and noisy in the morning, lacking some modern touches, but the service was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was subpar, with limited breakfast options, but the facilities were decent overall.
My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, much better than my mom's room next door, and cost the same. The wardrobe had plenty of storage space. However, the room was very hot and stuffy with the smell of fresh oil paint.
